Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are. We may verify your age and may suspend or remove accounts where age cannot be verified.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any creator profiles you operate.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person without our written consent.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, GIFs, bio text, links, and other content you publish via the Service (your “Content”). You grant Mint Fan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, transform (e.g. resize images), and display your Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to publish all Content you upload, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension:

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that sexualises minors in any form.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn).
• Content depicting illegal activity under your jurisdiction or ours, including credible threats of violence.
• Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Spam, malware distribution, phishing, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.
• Impersonation that misleads visitors about who they are tipping or following.
• Use of the Service to evade payment processor or platform terms.

5. Adult content

Adult content is permitted from creators who are at least 18 years old and link to platforms that perform their own age verification. Mint Fan inserts an 18+ confirmation gate before sending visitors to such destinations and scrubs the referrer header on those redirects so the destination cannot trace the visitor back to your profile.

You may not host explicit material directly on Mint Fan. Use linked platforms (Fanvue, OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) for the underlying media.

6. Tips and payments

Tips are processed by Stripe Inc. via Stripe Connect direct charges, meaning the connected creator account is the merchant of record. Mint Fan is not the seller of any underlying goods or services and does not hold or release funds on your behalf outside of the Stripe payout mechanism. Stripe's standard processing fees apply.

Mint Fan charges a platform fee on tips received by Free-tier creatorsequal to 5% of each tip, deducted automatically from the creator's balance at the time of charge. Creators on the Creator and Agency plans pay 0% platform fee— only Stripe's processing fee applies. The current fee is always shown on the Plans page and in the dashboard. We may revise these rates with 14 days' notice.

Refunds are at the discretion of the receiving creator. Mint Fan does not adjudicate refund disputes between fans and creators except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Mint Fan name, logo, dashboard UI, and underlying code are owned by Mint Fan and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or legal or operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page in your dashboard.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any third-party platform you link to will continue to function.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Fan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Mint Fan in the 12 months preceding the claim and (b) USD 50.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or via a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mint Fan's operating entity is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer- protection law in your country provides otherwise.
